Wellness is not a state of being. It is not a state of mind. It is a state of action.

What is nature therapy
or Ecotherapy?

Research tells us that spending time outside in nature can be good for our physical and emotional well-being. I invite clients to engage in nature-based activities such as walking, practicing mindfulness, engaging in photography, or meditating to connect with nature. Sometimes we use art therapy or talk therapy in conjunction with our time outdoors. Engaging in Nature Therapy may be helpful in managing some symptoms of trauma and many people in grief find connection with their loved one through nature.

Create Mental Wellness Counseling’s office is just steps from acres of land trust walking trails with calming views of the water.

Reach out to schedule a complimentary consultation 475-267-8756 or debra@creatementalwellness.com. I look forward to connecting to see if we’re a good fit for your journey.
